Sales and questions
Pricing, whether it fits how your chapter actually runs, what moving across from your current platform would involve. Ask anything, including the awkward ones.
hello@purplepushpin.comSupport, once your site is live
Something broken, or something you cannot find. Answered by somebody who built it rather than by a queue, and genuine breakage jumps ahead of everything else.
help@purplepushpin.comPrefer to talk it through?
Say so in an email and we will send you a few times that week. There is no discovery call to get past before you are allowed to see anything — the demo is open right now, and you can go and prod it without telling us who you are.

That is the mailing address. The work happens across Metro Detroit.
There is no phone number
Deliberately. Nobody has the time for a phone tree, us included — and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all. Email reaches a person who can actually change something.
Not up for renewal for another six months?
Even better. Tell us when your current platform expires and we will have your site finished and waiting on the day it does — content moved, members imported, events loaded. No deposit, nothing to sign; it just means we know what is coming and can hold the time.
